At Suburban Child, we strive to provide
a positive, nurturing environment that
encourages personal growth,
independence, confidence and self-esteem.
Our purpose is to help your child develop to their full potential;to teach the importance of having self-control and accepting responsibility for one’s own actions; to provide an arena in which children can explore everyday experiences in firsthand, sensory ways that increase conceptual understanding; to help a child learn to value his/her own rights and the feelings and values of their peers; to provide a variety of exercises and activities to promote their social, emotional, cognitive, fine and gross motor development. We encourage exploration so children ca experience success and become enthusiastic learners.
Suburban Child boasts complete children's programming like no other, to handle the molding of your child, from their early years to their teens. You can get involved anywhere along the line, from infants through 14 years old. We offer both part and full time programs and run the full calendar year. Our group child care has been accredited by NAEYC for providing high quality early childhood programs.
Suburban has one of the largest, state-of-the-art complexes in the area. Our center offers spacious, bright, beautiful classrooms for our infants, toddlers, and pre-schoolers. Our larger recreation facilities, normally used for our after school program is available and shared by all programs. These area include a full length basketball court, two turf soccer fields, aerobics studio, racquetball courts, and a homework room for the school age program. With our facility having so many options, we are able to offer a variety of programs; on top of our outstanding curriculum. We also offer soccer clinics, swim lessons, ballet class, Caporia, music classes and more!
Another unique offering of our program is a convenient and safe transportation option. We will pick up your child at home and bring them back at the end of the day. We even provide the car seats!
