athletic needs of families since 1971.

Our goal is to provide a professional, comfortable and clean environment in an atmosphere of friendship, caring and sociability within the structure of a successful business operation. Our purpose of being in business is to earn revenue the old fashioned way, through effort and hard work. Our members are at the forefront of our planning. We constantly adapt to ever-changing programs and technology to address members' desire for a leading-edge facility.
Suburban Athletic is a premier health, fitness and recreation complex in the Metro west area. Our full-service Fitness Center features an excellent variety of resistance machines, cardiovascular equipment and free weights. Our Group Exercise program offers an a full compliment of Body Training Systems exercise classes, click here for more information, as well as traditional favorites like Pilates, Yoga, Boot Camp and water aerobics. Suburban Athletic provides 13 locker/changing rooms, steam and sauna, whirlpool, tanning, smoothies and complimentary workout towels. Lockers are available on a seasonal or daily use basis.
Our indoor Aquatic Center presents the very best in children's lessons, programs and clinics as well as adult lap swimming; water exercise programs and family swim times. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate our full-length hardwood basketball court, four championship racquetball courts and our newest additions, two beautiful, indoor, artificial turf soccer fields. Sports are fully programmed with leagues, lessons, tournaments, and special events for everyone to enjoy!
Summer at Suburban brings a whole new perspective to family fun with our amazing Outdoor Pool Club, a "pure oasis"! With its cascading water fountain and beautiful scenery, it affords a wonderful getaway without getting away! The Outdoor Pool Club has become a hidden gem in the Metrowest. An added benefit is that the kids are also completely cared for at Suburban Child. It is the most complete, supervised childcare programming and childhood center in the area, offering swim lessons, pre-school, extended after-school programs, and much more.
