Although our fitness facilities are extensive, we don't rely on facilities alone. Once you decide to make Suburban your workout partner, you won't be going it alone! In our exercise orientation our certified trainers will help you determine and set your fitness goals. We address your individual needs and concerns and help you develop a personal fitness regimen. After that, we will always be available to you for ongoing support, technical advice and encouragement!

Complimentary Personal Training Session: Whether you are new to working out at a club or simply want to familiarize yourself with the equipment and classes available at Suburban Athletic, an exercise orientation session with one of our certified personal trainers will show you the resources we have to offer. Your trainer will guide you in set-up and use of our exercise machines and introduce you to the entertaining variety of classes on our schedule.

Follow-up Training Session: Too much information at once? This complimentary follow-up session with a certified personal trainer allows you the option of asking new questions, modifying your existing program card, pinpointing your exercise prescriptions and keeping you on track to fitness success!

...And Much More for Members! Fitness Programming: Everyone has been bored at times by a repetitive workout routine. The Suburban Fitness Department manages your workouts by creating quarterly contests and competitions to help you stay consistent and keep you motivated.

Floor Trainers: The Suburban fitness center is staffed with certified personal trainers who are there to help with all your fitness questions.
