and having fun!
KidsKlub: Being A Kid Just Got Better! As a KidsKlub member, each child is invited to participate in programs and to use many of the Club's facilities. See the current 2008 Kids Zone Calendar. Some of the benefits of being a KidsKlub member are as follows:
- Very special KidsKlub pricing on swim lessons, birthday parties and many other special events scheduled throughout the year.
- Preferential registration for swim lessons and many other programs.
- Swim privileges during Open Swim times posted at the Club monthly (look for this to be online soon!)
- KidsKlub parents pay only half of the general guest fee to swim with their children (kids, age 6 and under, the parents swim fee).

KidFit: Start Early, Stay Healthy! More and more, we read about our children's lack of physical activity and the issues of childhood obesity. Too much time in front of the TV or computer, too many fast-food meals, just poor nutrition habits; it doesn't really matter why, the results are a population destined to be unhealthy and overweight. Suburban's KidFit Program is built around imaginative sports, games and contests. Affordably priced, it will have as its foundation, sound elements of nutrition, healthy eating habits, stimulating and fun fitness regimens, with ongoing measurable results all geared towards fighting the childhood obesity epidemic.
Our primary goal is to build your child’s self-esteem and confidence while promoting weight-loss and improved physical health. A talented group of health and fitness experts are involved in KidFit, including a licensed physical therapist, certified personal trainers and a certified nutritionist.
KidFit offers support in several categories: Childhood Obesity, Nutrition, Cardiovascular, Strength, Weight Loss and Sports, and teaches young people healthy habits that will last them for a lifetime! Activities include soccer, swimming, basketball, racquet sports, XBOX bike racing, Dance Dance Revolution, virtual kick boxing, obstacle course, relay races, lose the fat tag, capture the flag, dodgeball, and sprinting.
